The app shows the list before the interview, not in a policy afterwards. The employer chooses how long the recording is kept, between 7 and 90 days, and the number is on this screen.
What this interview records
A check of the session, not of the person.
It starts after consent and stops when the interview ends. It reports signals, never a verdict, and the same report goes to both sides.
AI drafts the scorecard. The interviewer signs it.

Vettasy follows the conversation, finds the answer to each competency and quotes it back with a timecode. The interviewer confirms, edits or deletes it. The AI stays silent in the call and never writes the decision.

Written feedback arrives within five working days, whatever the outcome. Vettasy opens a recording only during a dispute, and the access is logged. The app runs no background process and can be deleted once the interview is over.
The longest an employer can keep the recording. They set it between 7 and 90.
